Unauthorized debit order and Bad customer service

<p>For a couple of months now a debit order reflecting as Gym P has been going off my account, I have tried calling their call center a couple of times with not help. Today has been the last straw I called in and spoke to a woman whose name I don’t remember who literally hanged up in my ear it sounded as if she was falling asleep because she kept on yawing in my ear. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life, it seems like the people working at the call center does not have any customer service training. Can someone with some phone manners please deal with my issue. </p> <p>I’m really shocked.</p> <p> </p>
