Unauthorised Debits

The Gym Company Florida has been debitting and double debiting our account unneccessary, after numerous attempts to get further information to no avail. I have sent numerous emails asking for our contract (nothing). The membership was taken in 2016 - its 2019 and they are still doing whatever they want with our account and take debits when they feel like. I hope to get a resolution for this day light ******* and nonchalant behaviour.
