Unauthorised debit orders

I had my contract term ending in May 2015 and prior to ending date I called the gym company to enquire about a process to ensure that contract does terminate indeed and no further debits may continue. I spoke a lady who advised that I need to send a written notice after my suppose to be last debit order in May 2015. I then emailed a notice of termination to gym [Email Removed] on the 21 of May 2015. I never received confirmation or acknowledgment of reciept and then I decided to follow up on 12 June 2015. I spoke to lady called Pauline and I explained myself. She rep**** and advised that she will have manager contacting me, which never happened. Now I see again that another debit order gone off on the 20th of June. It was shockingly unbelievable since I specifically requested termination. The gym service is poor and they lure members through false marketing. When I joined I was informed that there will be steam room and it is still under construction, 3 years later no steam room. Toilets are not adequate. Aircon not working. Ceiling leakages. Spinning bicycles not serviced. I could go on but I am unhappy with unauthorised debit order.
