Unathorised deduction

I have registered with the company in 2016 March for 3 years gym deal. My contract has expired in July 2019 after the additional 3 months but to date they still deducting from my account and i wrote termination letter in june 2019. I spoke to the different consultant Dikeledi, Ntombi,Lesego and their manager but kept on making empty promises that they will do follow up and contact me but to date nothing happens. I dont recommend GYM company to any person in this world to register with them and their rude consultant who keeps on hanging phone to their clients especially Dikeledi.
