TRIPLE DEBIT OF FEES

On the 27th Feb 2016, this people debited a total of R 846.00 from my account. I have a membership with this gym and the monthly Fees are R 199.00 + Management fee once a year of R199 as well, which goes of in Feb. I owed the gym R199.00 for the month of December, which therefore makes the three debits of R 199.00 correct for the 27th February. So the difference of R 249.00 needs to be refunded to me since this was overcharged. I cannot get hold of anyone at the gym and the lady in accounts gives me a story every time i go there. I need this money back and i dont know if i'm gonna get it back...
