Tricky Sales Consultants

I sent the below email to the Manager on the 08/03/2016, no feedback!<br> <br> I have recently found out that Gym Company has blacklisted me.<br> One day in 2009 or 2010, i was approached by your sales person and he told me about the gym, i was interested however i advised the gentleman that I have just recently started working and have a new baby, I dont know if I can afford as much as I would like to join. <br> He said I should complete the form and as soon as I am ready to join i can come to the premises.<br> I could not even remember my banking account number so we left it there. <br> One day again a lady calls me that my debit order didn't go through as my account number is invalid. I told her it should be invalid coz i couldn't remember it BUT Gym Company should not be debiting my account as I had not yet agreed to join. <br> I have never been to the gym nor do I have an access card to the gym.<br> I explained the above story to her and she said she will cancel the contract as the sales person was not supposed to do what he did. <br> That was that, I never heard from Gym company again and now I'm blacklisted??? <br> This is totally unfair that your sales consultants can trick innocent citizens like this.
