<p>My husband and i was approached by agents from gym company who asked us to sign up for gym, we advised them that we are interested however need to see to our budget first, upon which they advised that we can sign up and we have 30 days to cancel. we did sign up, however on the eight day we went to bree street branch to cancel, the lady Mbali advised that we cannot cancel, as it already passed seven days. we told her what had happened and she said we must go to bara mall as the agents who signed us up was at bara mall, we then went there and was told there is no gym company there. we then visited the randburg mall branch for information and the lady advised the branch is not at bara mall however it is opposite bara taxi rank. she also advised that we cannot cancel and that we will be blacklisted for non payment. I'm really not happy, Gym company tricks a lot of people to sign up with them. Please do something about this</p>
