Treats Members like trash

Worst gym and company I have ever came across very unprofessional and rude staff we took out gym memberships with them and the 2 ladies at reception are always rude and gossiping about the members as well as the gym instructors stare at people and gossip about them instead of assisting and being professional... the management and owner has a don't care attitude towards this and recons you need physical proof as it is a he said she said (Like we carry cellphones while in gym) they can black list me I don't care I will never embarrass myself further in a unprofessional environment and rudeness as I might just loose it. Go to Virgin Active guys they have a passion for what they do and makes sure that you gets treated the way a person should think the gym companies owner should really re look at his way of running a business but obviously once you grow too much you get a no care attitude
