Treating Customers Fairly

I am extremely dissapointed in gym company for hiring consultants that are ***********, who dont care about treating customers fairly, I was blatently mislead verbally by the above mentioned consultant into signing a 36month contract which i was not aware of. I did ask this consulant if this is contract and he said no i can cancel at any time only to find out that now i have to pay i cancellation fee.<br> This type of misrepresentation, this kind of ***** can seriously not be tolerated ,you people are providing a financial service as if we are living in 90's with no law and order but I am sure the FSB does not tolerate this behaviour. I have been paying gym company R199 since from 2014 up until today, i never went to gym not even once and guess what no one ever bothered to call me to find out why. It simply tells you that its all about money to them but not customers.
