Transfer

We want to transfer my son's current membership to my daughter and have been told multiple stories by every person we deal with. When we first embarked on this journey we were told that all we would need to do was pay a transfer fee - 100% acceptable. Since then I have been advised that she can not take over his R99 contract and has to take out a R199 contract, with joining fees and additional costs. Every single person we have dealt with has given us different data and after a month we have no resolution.
