Train your workers properly it’s not just about making a sale

Gym company needs to hire people who are trained properly and know and understand the contract or paper work properly before attending to people , these consultant chase us around the malls to sign up to the gym but give the wrong information now I’m sitting with a 36 month contract when I was told it’s a month to month and I can cancel at any given time . This is why we don’t deal with virgin active . Should this guy not sign a warning or be fired because now I’m liable to pay 1300 for cancellation , for a gym I have not entered yet . Because they kept stalling the grand opening of the Umlazi mega city branch . I went to the gym today , the lady dealing with cancellations was rude and of no help whatsoever
