Tlhabane Square Gym selling lies just to get you to join

I joined the Gym in December, and when the first debit order went through in January, but I can't go to gym because they are telling me i should buy a tag of R150 because i was previously a member and i was issued a tag before. Now it's a replacement tag.

They never told me that when i joined because i would've refused right there. Now they are asking me to look for the tag i used last in 2015, that's if i don't want to pay.

Gym company Tlhabane Square in Rustenburg consultants are selling us lies, and i want my money refunded and their membership cancelled with immediate effect because i am paying for services i am not using.
