This is worse than state capture

I joined Gym company Florida in September 2022. Many a time when going to gym I've had to turn around at the door or as soon as you start you have to stop and leave due to loadshedding. So in essence since then I have only had the full use for a month in total. I canceled in December 2022 and to date no one has even called to confirm. Now I get a ridiculous message and call that I must pay and extra R198 maintenance fee. I haven't even been with them 6 months and this is supposed to be an annual fee. These people ate the worst rip-offs and I am warning the public about them. They don't even have aircon at Florida and that place stinks of sweat every day. So I want to know are they going to give back my money for the tomes I couldn't gym. Regards Riza Stroebel
