This is the Gym Company in Pretoria Jacaranda. My experience with this Gym is DO NOT SIGN UP!! The people who work there are very rude. The only person who treats you with respect and is friendly with you is the salesperson who sells the membership to you. The person who meets you on your first day to show you around the equipment does not listen to what you want and just takes you on what she decides. Then when life happens and you need to cancel, the reason why you only took a month-to-month contract, you have to go through a very bullying meeting with the manager and she decides then if it is alright with her that you cancel but you should know that you still have to pay three months more after canceling your membership even though you only took a month to month contract. I canceled in February so I still had to pay for three months which would have been for March, April, and May. But in June when my bank account was debited again I reversed the payment because I made my extra 3 months payment so I am finished according to their contract. Two weeks went by and they phoned me and threatened me that I had to pay my outstanding account. When I told them that I canceled my membership in February they weren't even aware that I canceled. So I do not understand why I had to go into their offices to cancel if they did not cancel my membership when I went there and did everything as they asked me to do. They phoned again and said that I should please email this cancelation application through because they cannot find it anywhere. I emailed everything through. This company is very rude and unprofessional. I will not sign up for any Gym Company because of this one in Jacaranda because if this one can be run the way it is run then all of the Gym Company franchises are run in this way. A company that is run by *********** people who do not know how to do their jobs.
