Think Twice Before Joining a Club Near You!

I Joined gym company Benoni Oakfields. On the contract it says the "Pty Ltd" is entitled to relocate.

The Pty ltd is this case is Gym company Benoni K***. Now they have closed down and gave the contracts to Gym company east Rand Mall K***, a different "Pty Ltd" without my approval.

Relocate and closing down is not the same thing so the contract is no longer valid, but no!! the still debit my account and expect me to pay a cancellation fee to a Club that I didn't even join, That is ********!!! Also I paid trough the hole of lockdown and all that money is gone now.

I joined the Benoni club for convenience as it is close to my home and work. Forcing to go to East Rand Mall is not an option, the alternative of Fit Xtreme is also not an option as its not happy with that gym, This is not a Fit Xtreme review as I did not join the Club in the first place.

Bottom of the line don't trust any Gym Company They break the contract of their members and do as they please.
