I contacted this messed up company to freeze my account, where as I had to pay R600 I owed them. The arrangement was, that no debit orders would go off and that I can pay installments of R200 per month for the next 3 months, then I am done paying them. Now I owe them R800, after already paying R400, which was R200 per month for 2 months and now no support is getting back to me? They want me to pay my monthly gym fees and pay what I owe them now, before freezing my account? So I am fkn paying for a service that I am not even using for the past 6+ months now??!! This is FKN PATHETIC. Bunch of *******!! So beware everyone. They are out for ********.
