*******! Stop charging people for a service they can't use. Theft!

Horrible business model. Out for your money. To be fair, all gyms are money hungry and thieving, but GYM COMPANY has to be the worst. It's lockdown. Lockdown. How on earth are these people still debiting accounts? I was told by one of their finance people, Antonattor Mhlanga, to pay full fees after I had requested to freeze my account. On top of that you still pay a fee while your account is frozen.

There's so much wrong with this gym. Their staff is usually unprofessional and not knowing of what they're doing. Regardless of that....Gym company if you're reading, that's even if you care, be fair! Stop charging people for a service that they are not using.. Forget the legality of it and just do the right thing...for once.
