Horrible customer service. I have requested to cancel my Gym membership with them,but it was never done and they kept deducting money from my account.

Cancellation has been sorted out after 5 months of struggle, they have backdated the cancellation, but refuse to refund the money they stole from my account.

Arrogant and unprofessional staff that refuse to assist in the process.
