They suck with their accounts department

i had a membership transfer in the year 2013. First problem i encountered with these people is debiting a R100 fee which was not suppose to happen as it was a membership exchange. Then it happened for 3 consecutive months. The big issue is i have to keep on going to the bank to reverse those funds when i talk to Makhosi the accounts guy he keeps on calling this number that he only has excess to and he did not want to give that number, The is a recent accident that i paid my account on the 17 March was assisted by the lady called Thula but it did not reflect on their system then i revived a message on my cell hone saying they taking me to ITC for not paying my account. Called the branch in Maponya and spoke to Palesa told her to check their systems for my payment on the 26 March 2015 and she said she will get back to me till today she did not call me back. I hate the day i signed that gym contract they are the worst gym to go to.
