They dont care about the little people.

<p> I am receiving very bad and terrible service from a gym company "The Gym Company ". I have spoken to the the accounts consultant as well as the manager. I have even tried tried searching on the website www.thegymcompany.co.za for any information regarding details as to how I can contact head office but I was referred to the manager of the current gym. I had an agreement with the company where I will commence and pay on the 31st of January. On the 24th Of January 199 was debited in my account X2 for me and my wife. Then on the 31st January 199x2 100x2 was then debited again. I then went to the bank and reversed the extra amounts. The account guy then called me and told him I am outstanding I explained to him what had happened. He then told me to come with the proof. So on my off day which was the 20th of Feb I went to the bank and got my bank statement and showed him. He said he will call when the matter is resolved and I may resume with the gym. I waited for his call but none. I have not been to the gym every since because he said I shall resume once the action has been fixed. Then on the 24th August an amount of 199x2 is debited on my account. Me thinking that finally the matter has been resolved decide to go and check and get the shock that I am outstanding 1095 and my wife 1399. He cant seem to explain how. And i asked him why was i not called. He then tells me he called me on the 14th of April at 9am which I do not recall cause i would have carried on paying and using the gym. I am not the only one exp the UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a meeting with the gym manager, sent emails to him . He told me that he wont help me because there is nothing he can do. I mean i was not in the wrong and he agreed, I got a recording of the conversation. I do not know where else to go and what to do . They have no sort of support system or structure. I did post my compliant on hello peter and noticed that I am not the only one with this problem. Please help and assist. They called me on the 23/01/2015 saying that they will take legal actions against me. And now 2016 I was told when applying for a car finance that I am listed by the company. I have taken my query to The NCC, I also now want to sue them. I have wasted my energy and money on them.</p>
