They did their best to assist me

I had a really bad experience with the Company in the beginning, but after complaining, the Gym in Bromhof had really gone out their way to assist me. They advised that they were under new management and that they were looking into all the issues. They even gave me two vouchers for the spa and the gym for two of my friends. It doesn't bring back the lost time, but all my concerns were raised and dealt with. I am grateful.
