Theft in the locked locker, Gym Company Newtown

On the 8th October 2024 I was in the gym doing my daily workouts. It was around 3pm when I arrived. Around 16:20 I went back to the change room to take a shower. When I get to the my locker I noticed that it was open but the padlock was still locked. To my surprise my Adidas black and white gym bag was not there. I asked the ladies and they said they didn't see anything. I ran to the reception and asked a lady who was there to come and see what I was seeing. Inside my bag there was a laptop, clothes and shoes, a small handbag with r200, a charger, drivers license etc. We went back together only to confirm that my bag is gone and the padlock was still locked. I reported the issue to the manager by the name of Daniel, he said I must open a case in order for him to let me see the footage. I asked him how do you expect me to go to the police station because I don't have cash all my belongings were inside the locker which was locked. He wasn't supportive at all. Mind you I'm still an active member who pays well. I did went to the police station and open a case. I came back later around 7pm, Daniel was not there. Nothing has been provided for me in terms of asking whether I have transport fare to home as I lost my things on the gym premises. On the 9th October 2024 I came back to gym company with a case number and Daniel refused to show me the footage and he said the investigation officer must be present. I called the officer and she came around 2pm, Daniel again said that the footage must be booked from this guy called Luke or something. Daniel was very rude. He did not care about what happened is like everything was normal. I can't rest until I find what is being ****** from me. I would accept it if it happened outside the premises but inside that's insane. I will want the gym company to replace everything I lost before I take the matter to the next level. The thing that ****ed me off is the fact that I was not the only one who lost their bag on the same day, within an hour. The other lady also opened a case we were together at the police station. We had to ask strangers for money to get back home and it was very late. Can I request for you to solve this matter as the police are busy with the case. The gym company must take accountability.
