The Worst Service from a gym

I signed up just over two years ago. During those 2 years it has always been a hassle to update banking details or anything for that matter. Earlier this year, I tried to arrange to cancel my membership with February being my last month. Since then they have debited my account 4 times and I am told there is nothing they can do. I have never met a supplier or business that cares that little about customer satisfaction and convenience. I am so upset that I have been treated this way.
