The worst company that de*****s its clients

I was a member for almost a year, went in to cancel my membership, I was told I need to do it online. I had to call in for assistance as their app was not user friendly. Got a reference with a note saying I will need to serve 3 months notice and my last debit order would be in October 2024. I sent cancellation forms over WhatsApp and to date Feb 2025 my account is still being debited. Every month I know I need to request a reversal. When I contact them gym and give them my reference number they said no record of it. I need to pay arrears and log another ticket. This company is a ****. They are clearly de*****ing all their customers. We can’t all have the same problem. I can’t never who was the man that assisted me over the phone in July 2024 so apparently there’s nothing they can do even though I have the time and date of the call. So clearly they will go to the ends of the earth to avoid cancelling memberships so they can continue *****ing from hard working people. 2 star is way to generous. Disgusting. Your whole brand is disgusting!
