The WORST!!!!!

Myself and my husband have cancelled months ago. Well we have tried to. Whatever you do do not sign up at Gym company, they are unprofessional and never stop taking Your money. So firstly they tell you that they can only cancel the contract once you paid three premiums in advance and if you can't do this they cannot freeze the account also so you can catch up in order to cancel. So every month it starts over. Then my husbandwent to see the manager at the gym company Jacaranda Pretoria to sort it out, then all of a sudden they were able to freeze the account???? However turns out it wasn't frozen. My husband was paying and yet they still never stopped his contract. I just lost my job after 10 years and I could not pay mine consistently for three months and so they sent threatening messages saying they will continue the contract again and start this process again from the start, knowing I lost my job,so this has almost been a year now and it's still trying to debit me and taking money from both myself en my husband. They play dumb when you try talk to them. We haven't been there again since we tried to cancel and before this only been there three times as it's so full there is no space to gym either!!! It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with!
