The worse admin of the worse gym

I have not seen an *********** administration like from this business. Paid my gym fees regularly for the entire contract term ended on 30 September 2021. With the last debit order on 1st September after serving a notice and spoke to them several times. Different admin calling me for the same problem saying I am owing them and that they never cancelled my account. Thinking that I was paying them and not attending gym during hard lockdown and even after. I was happily waiting for the last debit order so contract can be canceled but no they are still after my money. This is against the customer protection act. This is *******. I feel they are not doing their job properly but to get profit for leaving customers.
