The pits.

On 15 August 2020, the president announced fitness centres and gyms are permitted to re-open under at the time was level 2 lockdown. Since March 2020 up until August 2020 I have paid gym fees, I have paid for a service that was not rendered to me.

I have asked for those funds to be used during the duration of my contract, I was told that I will get 5 months free after my contract which I do not want. I was denied using the funds paid this year when I was in a financial dip and now I get a call and they have the nerve to tell me to come to the gym with bank statements so that I can request for the 5 months to be taken off now.

And who is going to pay the bank for these statements? I have called, emailed, complained on Twitter and I get told one *** story after another.

I am truly disgusted at the level of service this gym gives clients. To begin with I went to this gym asking for a 6 month contract, the staff confirmed with me that yes I can get a contract for only 6 months and that was my biggest regret. My husband and I are now stuck in a 36 month contract each. This place has been an issue for us since the beginning.
