The Incomplete gym

They make us sign a three year contract, promised me a training plan, diet plan, personal trainer and gyming at any gym company gym. Went for my body assessment and was told my BP was extremely high 180+ (should be in hospital or dead now) and can't get my fat checked out as the place is not equipped. I asked about my personal trainer and was told that it's impossible for that. Training plan was non-existent as they don't do that and I can't get the diet plan as they don't do that. Can I please cancel my contract as they have yet to meet any of the agreed deliverables as this company just lies to its members
