The gym company Musgrave

My partner had an account with them and we wanted to swap as she only needed gym after work and I needed it at odd times and different areas. They said they can arrange for that to happen. So I signed up and was told my partner will take my account and her account will be transferred to me. That never happened but all they're doing is debit. I went back with her and discovered that she doesn't even have an account anymore. So I told them the reason we asked for a swap is because we want to gym together so that was not done hence we didn't come and I cannot be owing anything since wat I signed for was not done. Today I'm told I have to pay for I don't know wat and I've decided to move to to adana gym. The lady I spoke to regarding this matter was very understanding but clearly her supervisors felt no ****ing need to look into the matter.
