I had a very disappointing experience at The Gym Company. The facilities were not well-maintained, and it felt more like a chaotic space than a place to focus on fitness. The staff were unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping members.

I encountered multiple issues, from incorrect billing to a lack of basic customer service. It felt like they didn't care about their members at all. Overall, I would not recommend this gym. There are far better options out there where you’ll actually feel valued and supported.
