THE GYM COMPANY ******ION - sign up anyone on your cell number ??? really??? and tuck into bank accounts

I took a contract out for a young under privileged lad. And i have it on debit order and pay monthly. The staff at the gym company are signing on 'clients' on my name - WITH ONLY MY PHONE NUMBER . I am currently being threatened for 3 seperate accounts. I have given 3 months notice for my one contract - however now they have taken to just help themselves to my account. 2 debit orders on 1 day./ I have been in to see them twice. they promised it was sorted. Only to be threatened this month with 4 seperate accounts. I do not know these people. I called Craig - general manager - offered no assistance.
