The Gym Company Debit Order billing

Hello I would trust the gym company debit orders. I have been getting billed extra various amounts each month. I queried and was told I would be refunded but nothing has happened. I am still being billed extra. Some months even twice. This has been going on since September 2019. Please check your accounts if you have not!
