The gym company bracken - absolute disgrace

Absolute pathetic Firstly when I signed up you get promised an amazing service but receive the complete opposite The gym company bracken is terrible Smells bad , debits your account with almost 4 times the amount at agreed to , plays the absolute worst music and then has inactive machines so what am I actually paying for ???? When I questioned the debit order amount I was told to come back in and down grade Now I ask you…. Downgrade from what ? The package I signed up for or the incorrect one captured on their side Absolute ******* and then I am requested to drive after them and assist with their issues It was not my problem to start with , you didn’t give me what I signed up for meaning there is a breach in your contact
