WARNING: Beware of THE GYM COMPANY at Jacaranda

I signed up for a month-to-month agreement (NOT A CONTRACT) and explicitly told them I'd only be joining for a month since I'm immigrating.

Despite this, they deducted money from my account AFTER I told them to cancel my membership!

To add insult to injury, they're still sending me emails demanding payment for "overdue" bills!

Repeated attempts to cancel my membership have been ignored!

Has anyone else had a similar experience with THE GYM COMPANY at Jacaranda?
