The Gym Company Alberton - HORRIBLE GYM

Hi

I have tried cancelling my membership with the gym company in Alberton for over a week now and each time they just make more and more excuses not to cancel my membership, I have wrote them a letter stating that I want to cancel my membership and give a month notice, I even explained that I am got a salary cut and wont be able to pay them but will was just told to make a % payment to cancel, even after I told him I can't pay due to pay reduction he just said well that is what needs to be done or I must bring someone else to sign up and take over my membership, other wise no cancellation will be done.

After all this back and forth their service is terrible, I tried to be kind enough to give my month notice and pay for May (Which I can't even use their Gym because of Lockdown). With Joining the Gym in January 2019 they have explained that if I want to cancel I just need to give a month notice in writing and they will cancel it. But looks like that was just a joke
