The Gym Company a load of Con Artists and Money Hackers

Two years ago my husband and I were shopping at mall of the south when we were approached by a sales guy for The Gym Company, we advised him in the area we live in so he advised that we can complete the paperwork and go to the nearest gym for us which is at steeledale. All excited we signed up the very next day got dressed up and geared up for gym arrived at steeledale gave them our membership numbers they advised we are at the wrong place that Gym Company is only in Winchester Hills (this is obviously much too far for us to drive) so we went to them and advised that first of all the guy signing us up **** to us about a Gym in our area and secondly the travelling distance to Winchester Hills is too much for us so we would like to cancel the lady said no problem please write a letter of cancellation and we will gladly cancel. We then handed her the cancellation letter and she said she would do the necessary from there and we are good to go. Two years later we are receiving lawyers letters for a service we were firstly conned into and secondly WE CANCELLED!!!! This is so unacceptable and so highly unprofessional and just as pathetic as Gym Company and their cons and tricks to get members. They better sort their **** out very quickly!!!!!!
