Terrible ********* service Gym Company Musgrave

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership after relocating to an area where I cannot access a Gym Company facility. The people who answered the phone at Musgrave could never help me with my cancellation and the manager seemed to be out wherever I called. Getting a hold of them via email is close to impossible. Finally after getting feedback via email I was sent two forms to fill in and submit and a cancellation fee to pay. I've paid the fee and when I tried to submit the proof of payment and signed cancellation forms I learned that I've been blocked on 3 off their email addresses that I was in contact with asking for assistance.
