Terrible services

<p>I joined the gym company in East point (Boksburg) when signing up everything was so clear the consultant was friendly and explained everything nicely....now things have changed so much I get attitude from staff...a simple example I am a Muslim and now it's our fasting month so I told the lady at the reception that I would to freeze my account for a month as it's our fasting month so she was like no she can't she wants proof this made me angry I mean what proof does she want should I take a picture of myself to show I'm starving or should I then just do what and then she goes on and says that if I don't have proof I can't freeze it so I told her cancel the entire contract then..I was then told I should get a letter to say why I want to cancel it's really not necessary and I will not put up with **** at the end of the day I am a client and I am paying money that pays their salary at the end of the month so why should I deal with attitude and when you phone for management they are never around so what do you do in this case I'm really angry </p>
