Terrible service

Their support services are something to be desired, they don't have any management just staff at the branches and when you get the regional managers details, email address don't work, support services respond months later and the staff are also a little confused, makes you wonder what kind on business this is if you cannot even get their details or the branches don't have proper processes, to transfer from a branch the one branch says just take your tag to the new branch and they will load you onto the system, go to the branch back and forth for a month and they don't know, finally get someone to help and they say no there is a R500 transfer fee but you can use the gyn 3x a month, but it's a transfer not a change of ownership but transfer, ask for the manager "no there is no manager" ask for a regional manager "no there is no manager" but on Facebook the gentlemen by the name of Kyle is looking for staff...lots to be desired and its apparent that they are just in it for the money and no accountability....
