Terrible service

i had 4 debit orders of R199.00 which went off of my account on the 01/08/2015. That totals R796.00. i have on numerous times requested that me bank details get removed off of my ex husbands gym contract, I was told this cant be done. So, every month I have to pay for my EX husbands gym contract, that is messed up. So, today I get an sms that I am in arrears of R498.00---- and that my debit orders have returned. this is impossible. i want th is resolved and I want this cancelled. had I known the staff were so rude and *********** I would NEVER have joined!! I can be contacted after 4pm
