Terrible service

I am very unhappy with services of gym company , I have cancelled my gym membership for months ago ,signed the forms and everything and now I am being harassed that I need to pay the gym for another 3months where as it’s a month to month subscription I refuse and now I am being threatened that I will be blacklisted
