TERRIBLE SERVICE

I signed up at the GYM COMPANY in Roodepoort about 2yrs ago however I stopped using it but the debit orders continued. around Sept this year I decided to rejoin the gym and was told to pay a rejoin fee, I paid R1000 on the 09/09/2017 at the EASTRAND MALL branch because I live there now and I was told my membership would be reactivated in 5/10days and to date nothing has happened.... its 3 months and I'm unable to go to gym because my tag no longer works.... like really!!!!! I have spoken to Samu & Thandi (Eastrand mall branch) and Masego & Christina (Roodepoort branch) and no1 is able to reactivate my account.... and I'm told I can't cancel my membership either because I still have 12months left ...
