Terrible experience @ Gym Company Flora Centre

Gym Company Flora Centre is the worst gym. The customer service is pathetic and the management is absolutely no help. I cancelled my contract in December 2020, the staff lost my cancellation form AFTER I paid my cancellation fee and I have spent over a year trying to sort this manner out. I have had to pay AGAIN after being threatened with getting blacklisted due to their incompetence and lack of client service. I will never go back to this gym nor would I recommend it. I hope they sort themselves out before more clients are forced to experience this level of incompetence and lack of efficiency
