Terrible decision I've ever made joining that gym

My name is Nono Moela,I've joined the gym company Westgate mall in Roodepoort. I Ve made an eft payment via ozzow in April for an amount of R249.i have sent them my bank statement and proof of payment since then nobody seems to know how to track and allocate my payment. I keep on getting funny email from them to make payments and when I ask them about missing payment nobody knows
