Terrible Customer Service and billing

I joined the Gym Company East Point. After a couple of days I terminated the contract as their terms and conditions stipulate that you can cancel within 5 days. I paid over R500 to them as a joining fee etc. The terms and conditions also stipulate all monies paid to them will be refunded within 5 days. It has been a month and I have not received any refund. I have sent emails and made many phone calls I have spoken to managers and I only get empty promises. Stay away they have terrible costumer service and will not refund you!!!!! Maybe you will respond to my attorney!!!
