Terrible customer service

Gym company Bara offers the worst service ever from the staff all the way to the Manager Palesa Makhafola. I have sent emails countless times since September the 11th requesting for assistance on my membership and even to this I have not received any response or feedback. The only time they will ever get in contact with you is if you have missed a payment but as for anything else then suddenly no one is available to assist.
