Terrible customer care - If any

Just experienced the WORST service from the Johannesburg call center. One guy (Maite) even slammed the phone on my ear! All this after calling in for 2 days trying to cancel a membership that was **********ly created by someone else using my details. I'm currently still waiting for them to fix this mess and stop *****ing money from account!!!!
