Terrible Con Gym Company

Can someone please shut down the Gym Company already? A representative from the gym company conned my 18 year old daughter into signing a contract in October 2020. She had no idea that she was even signing up, because she was told its a trial, which she never even got to use and now she is getting rude calls to pay when she is still a student. When she called to cancel she is told she must pay a fee R1354 plus R219 for the previous failed debits. What nonsense is this?
