Termination of my contract with Gym Company

I really regret joining this gym, when I joined I informed them that I'm going to relocate within a year, I was told that I can cancel or maybe by then you'll be having a branch at Midrand. So indeed, I moved to Midrand and I am also working here now, I have paying for services I am not getting and it is really not fair since your staff is deceiving and there is not even a record to support my statement. I need this cancelled, I sent an email via GYM Company website and I never received a confirmation or acknowledgement. Today I reversed my debit order and now I get a call to be told I owe, what I nerve. I am very disgusted by this and I will not be blacklisted for this I refuse.
