Termination and refund

Hi... I joined gym company back in 2015 in Feb, which I signed a contract valid for 36 months, but to my greatest shock this company is still debiting me for a service I am no longer using nor in contract in, when I called in to ask the consultant said I had to call and cancel the gym which I find ood since when I was owing them they hounded me like crazy even calling lawyers on me but they cannot terminate a contract that has ended. I am still waiting to be called back and should my account be debited by them this month hell will break loose because rather than doing what I want which is to cancel they told me someone will get back to me. I want all the money they took from me the whole of last year and for them to terminate this stupid **** they are running.
